Humanity is participating in a Techno-Feudalist loop where many brilliant creators are subtly oriented towards building and using extractive, unsustainable systems. This has contributed to a "Metacrisis" among which we observe three failures:

Agartha exists to create a new social and technical operating system. We are building an environment where:

• Success is redefined as the symbiotic flourishing of all sentient beings, not just the accumulation of capital.
• Technology is "Deshittified," moving from extractive models to open-source, privacy-preserving, and decentralized tools that "can't be evil" by design.
• Brilliant Creators are Realigned: We provide the safety, love, and "Solarpunk" containers necessary for the world's most capable creators to work on what matters.

Agartha is built on a simple truth: the metacrisis is not a lack of resources or intelligence, but a failure of coordination and incentive. While coordination requires a robust technical architecture (the nervous system), incentive alignment is a cultural and emotional labor that must emerge from a foundation of compassion and heart-centered trust (the soul).

We provide both the technical protocols and the Solarpunk containers necessary to unify these forces. Here's how we tackle these problems:

Our Residencies are Microcosms of a Symbiotic Earth, our north star.

Instead of just talking about building a better world, our residents get to live and breathe a better world as they produce their works of genius. We achieve this by hand picking 'Solarpunk' spaces for residency containers:

• Regenerative Ecosystem: Residents are nourished by local, organic food grown with care for the planet as well as our bodies.
• Compassionate Social Fabric: We replace transactional relationships and extreme individualism with deep mutual support and communal care. This creates a high-trust, loving environment that helps shift perspectives and shape creative outputs.
• Global Intellectual Cross-Pollination: We bring together diverse talents from across borders to provide the creative inspiration and intellectual stimulation necessary for systemic breakthroughs.

This new world won't be built as isolated empires, but more like interconnected mycelium networks - collaborative nodes, interoperable technologies, and a shared goal for humanity to thrive as one super-organism.

Through recurring cycles, our events and residencies are slowly brewing a vibrant ecosystem of aligned builders that deeply trust each other and build their tech, businesses, and art with interoperability, synergy, and cross-pollination in mind.

In this phase, we accomplish the following:

• A Thriving Incubator Program
  • Multiple startups successfully funding Seed and Series A rounds and/or hitting profitability backed by an investment fund that allocates capital into incubated startups for equity / tokens.
• The Agartha Portal, a core technology infrastructure that powers the residency and incubator business model
  • Membership profile system with trust graph and attestation
  • Community map / database (solarpunk villages, popup cities, residencies, conferences)
  • AI Agent (recommendation / matchmaking system)
• An Ecosystem of Technology, Community & Creative Businesses
  • Interoperable and integrated into a network of services and customers.
  • The core focus of most projects will be those that service co-living spaces, pop-up cities, regenerative villages, and local in-person communities.

During phase 3, we focus on a regenerative land project, served as our HQ and a permanent hub for the Agartha community, capable of hosting 150 semi permanent residents.

Our success is measured by

• Improvement of the Gross Global Happiness index, modeled after Bhutan's Gross National Happiness framework
• Economic Abundance created through the businesses incubated (for builders, investors, and community members), flowing through self-custodial and distributed systems.
• Nature Restoration by all our community partners: de-desertification, large-scale permaculture food forests, regenerative neighborhoods.
• Decentralization of the entire AI pipeline tech stack, with advanced forms of AI operating in benevolent alignment with all sentient beings

• Technology is developed and operated with the highest of ethical standards.
  • Where the values of privacy, safety, decentralization, open-source, and data sovereignty take precedence over monetary profit and political power.

We keep track of our carbon footprint and offset all our travels & residency emissions.
